Coconut Harvesting
Mature coconuts are hand-harvested from tall coastal coconut trees.

Dehusking
The outer husk is separated from the coconut shell using mechanical or manual dehusking tools.

Fibre Extraction
Coir beater machines break down husks, separating long fibres from coco peat (pith).

Washing
Coir pith is washed with fresh water to reduce salt content and achieve optimal EC and pH levels.

Sun Drying
Washed pith is spread on cement yards and naturally sun-dried to reduce moisture content.

Screening & Sieving
Dried pith is screened to remove impurities, fine dust, sand and foreign particles.

Quality Testing
EC, pH, moisture and purity levels are checked to meet export-grade standards.

Compression
Hydraulic presses compact the coir pith into blocks, bricks, briquettes or grow slabs.

Packing
Products are wrapped, labelled and palletised as per client specifications, ready for export.
